Baking Birds (Drumnadrochit)
Great homemade baking using local produce! Whilst we do most of our own baking for holidays, we buy extra little treats from their lovingly prepared range of cakes, éclairs, scones, biscuits and a wide variety of traybakes. 01456 450 332
Summer Isles Foods (Achiltibuie)
Supply a wide range of smoked fish, meats and cheeses, but best known for their legendary Achiltibuie Kippers. 01854 622 353
Black Isle Berries & Ryefield Farm Shop (Tore)
Supply a wide range of local produce. We come here for their home-grown soft fruit, especially in the jam making season! They also press their own delicious apple juice. 01463 811 276
Black Isle Brewery (Munlochy)
Award winning small independent brewery producing a range of quality organic beers in recycled packaging. Made from organically grown barley and hops, much of which is from Highland farms. Tours available. 01463 811 871
Corner on the Square (Beauly)
Excellent delicatessen, from whom we get some local produce, including Highland cheeses and other lines from further afield for the occassional treat! 01463 783 000
Coulmore Farm (North Kessock)

Crafty Notions (Newark)
A great website with a massive range of craft equipment. We buy most of our needle and wet felting supplies from here. 01636 700 862
Glen Ord Distillery (Muir of Ord)
The last distillery in the area and has been running on and off since 1838. Produces a revered 12 year old single malt. It was one of the first distilleries to use an ecological treatment system to process its waste water. Tours available. 01463 872 004
Highland Hog Roast (Cannich)
Rear traditional rare breeds of pig, including Saddleback, Berkshire and Tamworth, in large outdoor enclosures where they are free to roam in family groups, grazing and rooting about. No chemicals or growth enhancers are used. Supply great pork and can also do hog roasts for events. 07917 003 204
